Yes, we use CRC (controlled sustainable cultivation) organic flours to make all our breads and pastries. Our meat is also organic.

Each of our products has a detailed sheet listing the ingredients that make them up. If, however, you have any doubts, do not hesitate to ask one of our salespeople, who will be happy to assist you.

To benefit from an optimal experience, we advise you to consume our products the same day. However, all our products are fresh and made on site; they are not frozen beforehand, so you can freeze them without problem.

In fact, all our products are made in our bakeries.
