Shop manager
As part of the expansion of our brand, we are looking for a Bakery Manager in charge of the smooth running of operations and the application of the Leonie strategy on a daily basis.
Missions:
Know the products and know how to advise our customers
Participate in recruitment, integration and training the sales team
Ensure cash collection and closing operations
Organize inventories and place orders
Ensure the permanent good maintenance of the store (display layout, inventories/storage, restocking, cleanliness)
Be a source of proposals to improve the management of the store
Participate in the smooth running, to the maintenance and control of equipment
Apply and transmit company procedures, rules of hygiene and food safety, maintenance, and respect for equipment
Assurer la transmission des informations à l’équipe de vente (entrées/sorties produits, ruptures, renseignements clients etc.)
Inform the hierarchy in the event of a problem (customer complaints, technical problems, orders, etc.). )
Coordinate the store restocking in direct contact with the production team
Responsibilities:
Guarantor of the good organization and maintenance of the store daily
Guarantor of the conformity and quality of the products sold
Welcomes and trains the sales team to ensure excellent service to our customers
Participates in all operations from customer reception to collection
Ensures optimal customer satisfaction, builds customer loyalty and develops customers
Manages situations delicates
Guarantor of hygiene and food safety standards
Develops the store's turnover
Manages stocks and their rotations: inventory, reception of goods, organization of restocking
Profile sought:
Coming from a minimum Bac +2 training, you have experience in a managerial position and are looking for a involving job
You like working in a team and demonstrate leadership
You are curious, observant and proactive
You are exemplary, punctual and organized
You are autonomous, responsive and have a sense of priorities
You like being in the field, managing issues and you demonstrate anticipation
You master hygiene and food safety standards
You have self-control in all circumstances
You show interest in craft professions
You have a sense of hospitality and good customer relations

Training:
Bac +2 (BTS, DUT, DEUG)
Expérience:
Sales: 5 years minimum
Bakery/Pastry/Sales: 5 years minimum
Contract: Permanent contract 39 hours per week - 2 days of weekly rest - Meals provided
Salary: €1,800 Monthly net
